Medium: Digitally design, printed in Magazine form
Size: 8.5x11 Glossy Magazine
Notes:I absolutely love graphic design and creating pages that look like theyre bleeding with overwhelming chaos colors and everything ive ever liked... anyways this page is all about meeeee! Author page of my magazine :D i know it might be hard to read, so zoomed in written on the bottom of my dirty chanel shoes is "BEFORE YOU ASK...Yes....im real.... I live in brooklyn and my world revolved around obsession.I AM a magickian, lover, hater, waitress, painter, writer, preformer, model, psycho, perfect, disgusting, pure. MY NAME IS SONYA GUTS and im Ur best fantasy.
Notes:A huge anatomy study of my bestfriends 17 scar which he did for my birthday gift, if you'd like to read more about it/ see the reference photo, i wrote about it on my blog called 'DRINK MY BLOOD AND LIVE FOREVER'
Notes: drawn two months after me and my friend somehow got matching third degree burns on our wrists by fate. They are shown in the picture as lacing us together on the back of this piece are eight four leaf clovers and three flowers I found in the woods that day.
Notes: Bubbles is the name of my favorite stuffed animal hand sewn to match the scar on my left hand. I made her out of my two favorite shirts at the time and her stomach is filled with notes of wishes and small treasures of mine. Every night I fall asleep holding her and she smells just like me
Notes:Mixed in with my bestfriends teeth in this little clay holder I also made are 1:1 replicas of his teeth, i embellished some with cavities tho haha. i think he would want me to tell you he doesnt have those
Notes: Life size portrait of my muses face. I now know every feature and I gave this to him as a surprise for his birthday. It is hung above my bed and I used spit, blood, snot, and other mediums to mix my paint in, as most of my paintings have, but this one has a little more than the usual..
Notes: I have never made music before and I was expierementing with Ableton. This vid is soooooo old it cringes me out a little but i think I like being a lil disgusted with myself
Medium: Acrylic, glitter, organic waste, plastic on canvas
Size: 11 × 14 inch
Notes: This painting was made the day before I turned 18 as a ceremonial goodbye to my year of 17 and my years of childhood. Almost immediately after turning 18 I left home to live alone in New York City, so this painting was a symbolic farewell, and it was given to my childhood best friend Sophie.
